How do I check my leads?
Log into your CRM dashboard. Your pipeline shows every lead and where they stand in your sales process. → How Leads and Your Pipeline Work
What's included in my plan?
Refer to your proposal for the specifics of your engagement. For a general overview of what each plan tier includes, see → What's Included in Your Plan
What if I need something outside our original scope?
Describe what you need and we'll scope it with a cost and timeline. Nothing starts until it's approved. This is normal and happens on most projects. → Scope & Additional Work
How do I reach you?
For deliverable feedback, comment in the portal. For everything else, email support@samoya.com or text. → How to Reach Us
What happens if my project stalls?
If a project goes quiet for an extended period, it may be paused. The terms are in your service agreement. If you need to adjust the timeline, communicate that and we'll work it out.
Do I need to log into my CRM regularly?
It depends on your plan. If you're on a plan that includes system monitoring and maintenance, regular login isn't necessary unless you want to check in. If you're managing your own pipeline, logging in regularly to respond to leads and update deal stages is important. → Getting Into Your Dashboard
Who responds to my leads?
You do. Automations handle the initial outreach and follow-up, but when a lead replies, that's your conversation. The system handles the repetitive work so you can focus on the personal interactions that close deals. → How Your Automations Work
