Do I need to log into my CRM regularly?
It depends on your plan. If you're on a plan that includes system monitoring and maintenance, regular login isn't necessary unless you want to check in. If you're managing your own pipeline, logging in regularly to respond to leads and update deal stages is important. → Accessing Your CRM
Who responds to my leads?
You do. Automations handle the initial outreach and follow-up, but when a lead replies, that's your conversation. The system handles the repetitive work so you can focus on the personal interactions that close deals. → How Your Automations Work
