Billing & Payments

Project payments

Projects are billed in two milestones:

  1. Deposit. Due to get started. Covers architecture, planning, and the start of the build.
  2. Final payment. Due on delivery.

The exact split and amounts are in your proposal. Once the deposit is received, you'll get a link to schedule your kickoff call.

Monthly plan billing

Monthly plans are billed on a recurring cycle. Your billing date, plan tier, and what's included are outlined in your service agreement.

Minimum commitment. Monthly plans require a minimum commitment period. After that, you can cancel anytime with written notice. Specific terms are in your service agreement.

Annual option. Annual commitments are available at a reduced rate. Ask for details if interested.

Platform usage costs

If your engagement includes CRM and automation, there may be usage-based costs for SMS, email sending, and phone numbers. These are billed separately based on actual volume. Estimated costs are reviewed during the build process so there are no surprises.

Add-ons

Additional work (site edits, blog posts, landing pages, training sessions, etc.) is quoted individually. Nothing is billed without approval.

Pausing or canceling

If you need to pause or cancel, reach out. The process and terms are in your service agreement. Communication up front prevents issues.

Questions about a charge

If you have a question about any invoice or charge, contact support@samoya.com before taking any other action. We'll review it and resolve it directly.

Managing your billing

Use the Billing Portal to manage payment details, view invoices, and update your plan:

Open Billing Portal

From the portal, you can:

  • Update your payment method. Add a new card or switch to a different one.
  • View and download invoices. Access current and past invoices, download PDFs for your records.
  • Update billing details. Change the name, email, or address on your invoices.
  • Cancel your plan. If needed, cancellation can be initiated through the portal.
