Your Dashboard

Logging in

CRM login credentials are provided during onboarding. Bookmark the login URL for quick access.

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you're locked out, reach out and we'll get you back in.

ℹ️
Tip: Save the login page as a bookmark or add it to your phone's home screen for one-tap access.

What you'll see

The dashboard is your home screen. It gives you a snapshot of activity in your business at a glance, including recent leads, pipeline status, upcoming appointments, and conversations.

The specific layout and sections on your dashboard are configured during setup based on what matters most for your business. During the delivery walkthrough, we'll walk through every section so you know what you're looking at and how to use it.

Key areas

Your CRM is organized around a few core areas:

  • Contacts. Your full database of leads and customers.
  • Pipeline. A visual view of where your deals stand (see Leads & Pipeline).
  • Conversations. A unified inbox for messages across channels (see Leads & Pipeline).
  • Calendar. Your booking calendar and scheduled appointments (see Calendar & Booking).
  • Automations. Workflows that run in the background on your behalf (see Automations).

The navigation and available features may vary depending on your specific CRM configuration.

Using the mobile app

Your CRM includes a mobile app so you can manage leads, respond to messages, and check your calendar from anywhere.

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play (details provided during onboarding).
  2. Log in with the same credentials you use on desktop.
  3. Enable push notifications so you never miss a lead.
Responding from the app counts. Replies sent from the mobile app show up in the CRM conversation history, so nothing gets lost.

Notifications

Your CRM can notify you when something important happens:

  • New lead comes in. Get an email or push notification immediately.
  • Appointment booked. Calendar confirmations sent to you and the contact.
  • Missed call. If a tracking number is connected, missed calls are logged.
  • Task due. Reminders for follow-ups and to-dos.

Notification settings can be adjusted in your CRM profile. If you're getting too many (or too few), let us know and we'll fine-tune it.

ℹ️
Managed plan clients: Regular login isn't required unless you want to check in. Your CRM is monitored and maintained as part of the plan, and you'll receive a written update covering activity and performance.
