Accessing Your CRM

Navigating the CRM
The CRM is organized around a left-hand navigation bar with several core sections:
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | A snapshot of business activity: recent leads, pipeline status, upcoming appointments, and tasks. |
| Conversations | A unified inbox for messages across all connected channels. See Conversations. |
| Calendar | Booking calendar and scheduled appointments. See Calendar and Booking. |
| Contacts | The full database of leads and customers. See Leads and Your Pipeline. |
| Opportunities | A visual pipeline view of where deals stand. See Leads and Your Pipeline. |
The specific layout and available features may vary depending on the CRM configuration for the business.
The dashboard
The dashboard is the home screen. It provides a high-level view of activity, including:
- Pipeline breakdown. Where contacts stand across pipeline stages.
- Tasks. Upcoming to-dos and follow-up reminders. See Tasks.
- Stats. Lead count, appointments, unread messages, and revenue metrics.
- Lead report. A summary view of pipeline activity and lead sources.
Notifications
The CRM sends notifications when important events occur:
- New lead. An email or push notification when a new inquiry comes in.
- Appointment booked. Confirmation sent to both the contact and the assigned team member.
- Missed call. Logged automatically if a tracking number is connected.
- Task due. Reminders for upcoming follow-ups.
Notification settings can be adjusted in the CRM profile settings. If notifications need to be fine-tuned, reach out to support@samoya.com.
